Start-up Package – Premier

Description

Performing services stated in the following service codes:
(i) B_IOC: Incorporation of company;
(ii) B_FRA: Corporate secretarial services;
(iii) B_ACCM: Month-end closing;
(iv) B_ACCR: Compilation report; and
(v) B_CITL: Corporate income tax – lite.

Criteria:
(i) Single company without corporate shareholder
(ii) Local* owners and directors
(iii) No. of transactions# < 100 (per month)
(iv) Total assets & Annual revenue < $1mil
(v) No. of employee < 5
(vi) No project accounting
(vii) No inventory

*Local = Singapore citizens or permanent residents
#Transactions include sales, purchases, bank payments, bank receipts, petty cash items,
fixed assets and inventories etc. Please Contact the firm if further clarification required.

Remarks:

The engagement is subject to the outcome from the client due diligence (“CDD”).
Please Contact the firm to kick off the CDD process. In the event that the engagement
is not accepted by the firm due to the client due diligence outcome, the fee paid will be
refunded to the payee directly.

Fees payable to ACRA (i.e. $315) will be billed separately as disbursement.
