Description

(i) Applying company name with the authorities
(ii) Completing company registration process for the business owners
(iii) Modifying the constitution for the company upon registration
(iv) Preparing directors’ resolution for the company incorporation

Fees payable to ACRA (i.e. $315) will be billed separately as disbursement.

Criteria:
Local owners and directors
Local = Singapore citizens or permanent residents

Remarks:
The engagement is subject to the outcome from the client due
diligence (“CDD”). Please contact the firm to kick off the CDD
process.

In the event that the engagement is not accepted by the firm due
to the client due diligence outcome, the fee paid will be refunded
to the payee directly.
