(iv) Filing Annual Return with ACRA for the company

Local owners and directors
Local = Singapore citizens or permanent residents

Remarks:
The engagement is subject to the outcome from the client due
diligence (“CDD”). Please Contact the firm to kick off the CDD
process.

In the event that the engagement is not accepted by the firm due
to the client due diligence outcome, the fee paid will be refunded
to the payee directly.
